Signature Workshops & Programs
Helping professional women clarify priorities, reduce burnout, and turn insight into action.
Ann Ranson’s workshops for professional women support performance, confidence, and contribution — by clarifying priorities, reducing burnout, and turning insight into action.
Each program helps participants step back from automatic expectations, think more clearly about what matters now, and identify practical next steps. Whether the focus is redefining success, clarifying priorities, or celebrating age as a source of wisdom and strength, Ann’s work helps audiences reconnect purpose with performance in a way that is useful, grounded, and sustainable.

Reimagining Success: Aligning Purpose & Performance
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
— Howard Thurman
Success can become outdated long before we notice it.
Participants will:
- Redefine success in a way that supports performance, contribution, and long-term sustainability.
- Increase engagement by reconnecting with the value and impact of their work.
- Recognize misalignment earlier, before burnout, disengagement, or loss of momentum take hold.
- Improve performance by integrating people, priorities, and practical decision-making.
- Build trust and momentum through shared language around success and sustainable results.

Live Aligned with What Matters Most: Everyday Tools for Sustainable Success
“Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.”
— Goethe
When everything feels important, focus gets diluted.
his workshop gives participants a practical way to clarify priorities, evaluate competing demands, and make stronger decisions about where to place their time, energy, and attention. Using the What Matters Most framework, audiences identify what is creating drain or confusion, where the greatest value lives, and what needs to happen next to improve alignment and execution.

Celebrating Age: Sustaining Impact, Confidence, and Contribution
“Aging is not ‘lost youth’ but a new stage of opportunity and strength.”
— Betty Friedan
Age can be one of our greatest assets when we know how to claim it.
This workshop invites participants to challenge outdated assumptions about aging and recognize the wisdom, perspective, judgment, and steadiness built through years of experience. Rather than treating age as something to minimize, participants explore how this season of life can strengthen presence, purpose, self-trust, and meaningful contribution — in work and in life.
Participants will:
- Reframe their relationship with aging as a source of strength, perspective, and possibility.
- Claim greater self-permission to evolve roles, pace, priorities, and definitions of success.
- Apply tools to sustain energy, focus, and engagement without burnout.
- Demonstrate value through wisdom, judgment, perspective, and steadiness./li>
- Strengthen self-trust during transition, change, and new seasons of contribution.
- Reconnect with what brings joy, meaning, relevance, and purpose at this stage of life.
